Questions

Straight answers.

Do you pull the permits?

Yes. We file and track the permits for every job that needs one, and we schedule the inspections.

How long does a kitchen take?

Most kitchens take 8 to 12 weeks once work starts. Your written scope has the dates.

What is in the written scope?

What we will build, the materials and finishes, who does what, and the schedule. If something changes, the scope changes in writing first.

What if you find a surprise behind a wall?

We stop, show you, and write down the fix and what it adds before we go on. For example: we found old wiring behind the wall. Here is the fix and what it adds.

Can we live at home during the work?

Usually, yes. We seal off the work area, keep a clear path, and clean up at the end of every day.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Our license and insurance details are listed on the estimate page.
