High School Seniors · Goleta & Santa Barbara

Santa Barbara High School Senior Photographer

Relaxed, directed and entirely them, for the yearbook and for the hallway wall.

I'm Gabriel, and I photograph high school seniors around Goleta and Santa Barbara. A high school senior session is $295: 60 minutes, two outfits, one location. Natural light only, outdoors at one location you pick, in open shade or the hour before sunset. I'll do the directing, so nobody has to know how to pose.

Your spot, close to home

One location, and you choose it. Around Goleta, that's often the coast at Ellwood Bluffs or Goleta Beach. An oak grove or downtown Santa Barbara works too. Tell me what feels like you and I'll suggest the best time of day for it. Travel within 25 miles of Goleta is included.

Two outfits, one hour

Sixty minutes gives us room for two outfits without hurrying. Pick two you'd actually wear, maybe one dressier and one everyday. Soft, natural tones photograph well; large logos and busy patterns compete with your face.

For the yearbook, and after

You can submit your photos to your school's yearbook and school publications, and use them for graduation announcements, invitations and open-house displays.

For parents

If the high school senior is under 18, a parent or guardian books and signs the agreement, and should come along or be reachable by phone during the session. At 18 or older, the high school senior books and signs for themselves.

High school senior questions

Can we submit the photos to the yearbook?

Yes. Yearbook and school-publication use is included, and the yearbook or school may print them as part of the yearbook. You can also use them for graduation announcements, invitations and open-house displays.

Does a parent need to be there?

If the high school senior is under 18, a parent or guardian signs the agreement and should attend or be reachable by phone. At 18 or older, the high school senior signs and a parent doesn't need to come.

Can we do more than one location?

The session is set at one location, picked together before the day. Within it, I may move us a little for better light or fewer people.

What should I bring for two outfits?

Two outfits you feel like yourself in. One dressier and one everyday is a good mix. Choose soft, natural tones and skip large logos and busy patterns.

What time of day is best?

Natural light only, so we plan around the sun: open shade, or the hour or so before sunset, when the light turns soft and warm.

Will you post my high schooler's name online?

If the high school senior is under 18, I don't publish their full name or last name, and I don't tag their social media accounts.
